The energy transition is an important topic for every homeowner, or those who want to become one. Everywhere, the energy supply is being fundamentally changed: Away from nuclear and fossil fuels, towards renewable energy and more energy efficiency. No more oil, no more coal! How is that supposed to work? The demand for energy is huge and rising steadily.
We have solutions for this!
Hand on heart: homeowners will soon no longer be able to buy oil heating. Heating oil prices have risen abysmally this year. Energy costs will continue to rise – who will pay for it! Heating with wood or pellets also runs the risk of soon being called to account as an environmental polluter.
Realistically, only gas heating will be able to provide a bridge for heat generation alone in the coming years until some “green” base energy (e.g. green hydrogen) is available as a substitute for the common homeowner.
That is why the heart of our power4you system is currently a gas-fired combined heat and power unit (CHP) – but it can also be operated with hydrogen or methanol in the future!
