You need electricity and heat, every day! Therefore, you have running costs for energy per month.

THE POINT IS: THEY WILL PAY ONE WAY OR ANOTHER! SO IT COMES DOWN TO YOUR PRINCIPLES! EITHER YOU CONTINUE TO FEED THE ENERGY COMPANY OR YOU PUT THE SAME MONEY INTO YOUR OWN PROPERTY WITH AN IN-HOUSE ENERGY REPLACEMENT PLANT.

A QUESTION OF YOUR PRINCIPLES!

  • Electricity to run all your electrical consumers and heat to heat your home.
  • A modern single-family house requires an average of 3500 KWh of electricity and 14,000 kWh of heat per year. Those who live in older houses need significantly more energy.
  • With the power4you system, you acquire your own affordable technology and use gas as primary energy to saturate your energy needs yourself.

Unser Energiekonzept:

Low-cost purchase ∗ efficient ∗ economical ∗ own energy ∗ environmentally friendly ∗ Save on operating costs at the same time

  • The heart of our power4you system is our gas-fired combined heat and power plant and works together with smart storage systems for electricity and heat.
  • Any energy can be temporarily stored in our power4you system. This is intelligent and efficient. Our gas-powered combined heat and power unit generates electricity that you can store in batteries of any size, and in parallel it generates heat for your heating and domestic water, which can also be stored in batteries of any size.
  • It is energy-efficient to be oriented towards the storage facilities and only have to cover energy peaks.

Quasi a stove that also generates electricity

The power4you combined heat and power unit does not even cost as much as a comparable oil heating system, is cheaper and more efficient than solar systems, wood chip heating systems, heat pumps or fuel cells.

Simple integration into existing building services

  • The installation in your existing house technology is simple, because you only add to it. For God’s sake, don’t go to the trouble of removing your old oil heating system! Keep it as long as you can before you have to spend money again.
  • The CHP is small, the size of a dishwasher for a single household, and can be easily installed in front of your heating system with a bypass. The battery storage is just as large and is placed one above the other, which makes it even more space-saving. Expanding your home’s electrical system with it is a snap for the local electrician.
  • Even a hot water tank, if you don’t already have one, can be connected in between with a simple bypass. Your local heating engineer can do this easily.
  • If you don’t have a natural gas pipeline, you can buy or rent a gas tank at a low price and become your own power plant operator.

For your information:

Determine the energy requirements of your own house

To the stream:

Here, residents of apartment buildings in particular achieve somewhat better values than consumers who live in single-family or two-family houses. In the following, we have compiled typical values for the average energy demand in the house:

  • *Single household: 1,000 to 2,000 kilowatt hours per year
  • *Couple household: 1,500 to 3,000 kilowatt hours per year
  • *3-person household: 2,000 to 3,500 kilowatt hours per year
  • *4-person household: 3,000 to 4,500 kilowatt hours per year

In the following, we have compiled typical characteristic values for the heating energy demand per square metre and consumption year. A building from the year:

  • *1970 to 1980 requires around 200 to 300 kilowatt hours per square metre per year
  • *1980 to 1990 requires around 125 to 200 kilowatt hours per square metre per year
  • *1990 to 2000 requires around 90 to 125 kilowatt hours per square metre per year
  • *2000 to date requires around 25 to 90 kilowatt hours per square metre per year

Conversion to kilowatt hours:

If consumers heat with liquid gas, heating oil or wood, they must first convert their own consumption values into kilowatt hours. The following overview shows how this works roughly:

  • *Gas: Multiplication of the purchased volume (cubic metres) by 10
  • *Heating oil: Multiplication of the purchased volume (litres) by 10
  • *Liquid gas: Multiply the purchased volume by (cubic metres) by 28
  • *Logs: Multiplication of the purchased mass (kilograms) by 4.2
  • *Pellets: Multiplication of the purchased mass (kilograms) by 4.9

If consumers need 4,000 kilogrammes of pellets, they have to multiply this value by 4.9 to get the average energy demand in the house. In this case, the figure is 19,600 kilowatt hours per year. However, these figures are only guidelines for an initial estimate. Exact information on the fuel properties can be obtained from suppliers or dealers.

You can easily see how much electricity you actually consume on your electricity supplier's bill!

So once again the principle for your freedom, in a nutshell:

Gas connection -> install CHP (parallel to your existing heating system) -> connect to existing heating pipe (flow & return) -> connect battery storage and water storage in between -> done!

+++ You no longer need your old oil or gas heating system, but you don’t have to remove it. Keep these systems as a backup system for as long as you can. The expansion also costs money. Should the infrastructure for hydrogen soon exist, perhaps your old oil tank can continue to be used for it! +++

Investment in property ∗ Significant savings in operating costs

They are not connected to the public grid. You also do not feed electricity into the grid, which is why you do not need another electricity meter. Yes, another electricity meter costs you additional money if you feed electricity into the public grid, regardless of how and with which system you generate electricity at home.

You also do not need a permit to operate our energy replacement system. Simply inform the local electricity provider that you have created your own energy replacement system.

If there is a threat of a blackout in the public grid, your lights will stay on. In future, you will no longer overload the public grid and thus not burden the general public. Because „everyone“ pays through the electricity price.

You don’t let anyone look at your cards in the future, because no one controls your electricity production. Your consumption data cannot be misused.

If you want to drive an e-car in the future, or treat yourself to your own sauna, you have your own resources.

You are the group boss in your own house, simply independent with our off-grid system.

Due to the comparably low investment costs to your own energy system, you smile at your neighbours, because they continue to finance the energy company.

You are now consciously greener behind the ears and have a better conscience towards yourself, your environment and your children.

Even with the production costs of your energy, you are significantly less burdened. Free and more prosperous than before ! Off on holiday? In any case, there is less cost pressure on you.

So it’s your decision where your money goes. Either you feed the energy company or invest in your own energy replacement plant. Everyone has to pay, one way or another!

So now, in conclusion, it comes down to „your“ principles!
As I said: You will pay one way or the other!

Either you continue to pay your electricity costs to the electricity company, or you invest the same money in your property with an energy replacement system in your home.
